Our experience with River Valley Blinds is definitely a 5* one. We ordered shutters for a very large picture window and a smaller one as well. The measurements were perfect; the installation was fast and went very smoothly for the installers. Nothing was amiss, no mismeasurement, no adjustments, just perfection! Their price was incredibly fair and beat their competition hands down. I heartily recommend this company for their excellent work and wonderful customer service. The installers were very experienced and friendly and the owner phoned later in the day to see if we were happy with the results. We were thrilled with the entire experience so if you need shutters or window treatments this is the company to call. You won't be disappointed.

"I’ve used River Valley twice now to apply film tint to various windows in my home. I appreciate their efficiency, as well as, the ease in communicating with them for appointments etc. I originally hired them to do a window blind for the dining room. Jason suggested that tinting would be more esthetically pleasing for this particular window and the tint would still protect my furniture and upholstery. Tint is also not as expensive as blinds so that’s a win in my book and I appreciate Jason not trying to sell me something I did not need. In this day of “up selling” I appreciate his honesty. I would call them again for tint as well as blinds."

"Jason came to my house to install some window film. After inspecting the window he informed me that my existing film was not the problem. The seal in my double paine window was leaking and that's where my problem was. He was considerate enough to not charge me for a service call. I will definitely be calling him back to install the window film after my new window is installed. I was very impressed with their punctuality and professional attitude."

He also installed UV film on the large windows in our great room and on the sliding glass doors in our dining room. This film does such a great job keeping the room temperatures under control on sunny days.
