Jason Flaherty
I've lived and worked in beautiful Chattanooga for over 20 years now. I'm a second generation window coverings man, and have had the privilege of working in the industry much of my life. I have had the pleasure of working with and serving many families and businesses in this community and am thankful to everyone with whom I have worked over the years. I started River Valley Blinds Shades and Shutters from the ground up, because I wanted to provide a personal touch and form lasting relationships with customers in my community and neighborhood, free from the confines of corporate franchises.
Matthew Lowman
Originally from Chattanooga, I have spent my career building both structures and lasting relationships within the community. After years of hands-on experience in residential and commercial construction and serving as a general contractor in the area, I transitioned to a new venture: Custom blinds, shades, and shutter solutions. Whether I’m working on a major construction project or customizing window coverings, I am dedicated to helping people create spaces they love. I enjoy the opportunity to collaborate with clients, bringing their visions to life while building strong, trusting connections within the Chattanooga area. To me, every project is a chance to not only improve a space but also contribute to the community I have called home for years.
